Γιώργος Συρσίρης
Ο Γιώργος Συρσίρης γεννήθηκε το 1966 στις Αχαρνές Αττικής όπου και ζει μέχρι σήμερα. Το 2000 σπούδασε Web Design και στη συνέχεια πληροφορική στην Σχολή Θετικών Επιστημών & Τεχνολογίας του ΕΑΠ. Η πρώτη επαφή με την φωτογραφία έγινε το 1990. Αργότερα το 1997 κάνει φωτογραφία στα ΝΕΛΕ του Ν. Ηρακλείου.Έχει τελειώσει στο ΔΙΕΚ Κηφισιάς εδικότητα τέχνη φωτογραφίας .Έχει παρακολουθήσει και ολόκληρωσει το Seeing Through Photographs του Μουσείου Μοντέρνας Τέχνης Νέας Υόρκης ( MOMA). To 2013 σε συνεργασία με τον Δήμο Αχαρνών δημιούργησε το τμήμα φωτογραφίας Δήμου Αχαρνών . Παράλληλα απο το 2018 διδάσκει φωτογραφία στην Φωτογραφική λέσχη Θήβας. Φωτογραφίες του φιλοξενούνται σε ελληνικά και ξένα sites. Έχει λάβει μέρος σε ομαδικές εκθέσεις και έχει επιμεληθεί εκθέσεις μαθητών του.

George Syrsiris was born in 1966 in Acharnes, Attica, where he still lives today. In 2000 he studied Web Design and then Informatics at the School of Sciences & Technology of EAP. The first contact with photography took place in 1990. Later in 1997 he took a photo in the NELE of N. Heraklion. He graduated from DIEK Kifissia with a specialty: art of photography. He has attended and completed the Seeing Through Photographs of the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MOMA). In 2013 in collaboration with the Municipality of Acharnes he created the photography department of the Municipality of Acharnes . At the same time, from 2018 he teaches photography at the Photographic Club of Thebes. His photos are hosted on Greek and foreign sites. He has taken part in group exhibitions and has curated exhibitions of his students.
